week 11

For week 11 i tried another attempt at agar agar making. It was the same as the previous week,
just that my mom is not there to guide and help me along, in other words, its a solo mission.

I made use of the leftover ingredients from the previous week, and repeated the steps again and again in my head before starting, hoping to not miss any crucial steps along the way. Perhaps with a stroke of luck, i got lucky. It was a success! This round, i adjusted the ratio of the ingredients a little in accordance to the taste of it the previous week, and man, though it did not taste exceptionally good, it is comparable to those cheap and factory made ones where you can get easily from snack stalls.

That concludes my practical session for week 11.
